Online and in-person courses
All online TPLF & Phyllis Brown Academy courses are final. No refund, transfer or deferred. All courses online or in-person must be completed as purchased and specified. TPLF assumes no responsibility or liability to lost, damaged or stolen personal items while attending an in-person course and all personal expenses such as travel, accommodation and food is at the students’ own expense.

COURSE REGISTRATION – PAYMENT & PAYMENT PLAN
Online courses will be made available to all students who make a purchase, these will be available upon registrations, full payment or agreed payment plan. Nonpayment of course fee while on a payment plan will result in instant removal from the course until payments are made, study can then resume. Students will be notified of a missed payment and given the opportunity to make up the payment or resume payments to ensure no loss of course access.
TPLF reserve the right to cancel a course within 30 days of the event, participants will be notified and offered a new date. Any additional costs incurred due to date change will be at the participants own cost, it is recommended that some form of insurance against such event may help cover out of pocket expenses.

Products and services on our website are provided “as is” or “as available. By accessing the website you are expressly agreeing to using TPLF website at your own risk. The material and information on our website is provided solely for entertainment and personal development.
Updates and changes are made periodically to TPLF documentation including event information and documentation may be added to or deleted with general maintenance and updates without notice.

Logo and name contained within the websites, downloadable and printable materials are the trademark of Phyllis Brown and TPLF ltd. This precludes any use of our product or service outside of our business practice. This also includes any disparaging or discredits of Phyllis Brown and TPLF ltd.
Trademark are owned by Phyllis Brown and TPLF ltd, as such can only be used with express permission of the trademark owner.
You may return new or unopened items sold by The Phoenix Light Foundation™ within 30 days for a full refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Digital content has instant access once registration and payment made, any downloadable item can be done using your own equipment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
CUSTOM DUTIES AND TARRIFS
For our international customers, any shipping charge added to your shipment does not include any duties and/or taxes that an individual country may impose upon import. You are responsible for any such duties and/or taxes that may be levied by the country where the product is imported.
